It is pretty easy to read the title of this forum post which is also the title of the article that it links to, or even read the first half of the transcript and form the picture in your mind that Joe Hockey and the Coalition do not want to prioritise a National Disability Insurance Scheme. If you read towards the bottom of the transcript where Finance Minister is being interviewed she has no solid answers for how the NDIS will be funded post initial stage so you can see where Mr Hockey is coming from.

It is easy to attack those who are cautious and sceptical about the current economic sustainability of such a huge scheme that will mean a lot to a lot of Australians such as myself however you have to keep an open mind and look at both sides of the argument or in this case politics.
